Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in no time and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward emails from one email mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your email mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailboxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mail messages according to specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just choose the mailbox account you wish to redirect mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
