1. Digital Products Refund Policy

Because ShreeShop by Nexora Labs provides irrevocable, downloadable digital goods (source code, themes, templates, assets), we offer a transparent, buyer-friendly 14-Day Conditional Refund Policy under the following valid conditions:

2. Conditions Eligible for a Full Refund

  • Technical Defect or Critical Bug: If the theme or template has a broken functionality or critical error that our support team cannot resolve within 5 business days of your report.
  • Product Not as Described: If the digital product is materially different from what is shown on the live preview demo or product specification description.
  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same item twice within 24 hours.

3. Ineligible Scenarios for Refund

  • Change of mind after downloading the source files.
  • Lack of basic technical skills to use WordPress, Shopify, React, or HTML/CSS.
  • Purchased by mistake and files have already been downloaded from the dashboard.

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit your refund request with your Order ID, purchase email, and details of the technical issue to: anirudhaputhraya1@gmail.com. Legitimate refund requests are reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days back to the original payment method.
