1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been packed or shipped by the seller.

• Orders can be cancelled through the My Account → Orders section, where available.
• If cancellation is no longer available online, please contact Customer Support immediately.

2. Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, it can usually be cancelled without any cancellation charges.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Customers may instead request a return if the product is eligible under our Refund & Returns Policy.

4. Seller Cancellation

A seller may cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailable or out of stock
• Pricing errors
• Quality concerns
• Delivery restrictions
• Suspected fraudulent activity

5. Refund After Cancellation

If your cancelled order has already been paid for, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method after the cancellation is confirmed.

6. Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain products cannot be cancelled once confirmed, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Products already delivered
• Products specifically marked as “Non-Cancellable”

7. Failed Deliveries

Orders returned due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal may be cancelled. Refund eligibility will be determined according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Marketplace Orders

Products sold by independent marketplace sellers may have seller-specific cancellation conditions. Such conditions will be displayed on the product page where applicable.
