Return Process

To initiate a return:

  4. Click Request Return.
  5. Choose the reason.
  6. Upload supporting images if required.
  7. Submit the request.

After approval, return instructions will be shared.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, your refund will be processed.

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.
