2. Affiliate Registration

• Applicants must provide complete and accurate information.
• Only approved affiliates may participate.
• One affiliate account per individual or business unless otherwise approved.

3. Referral Links

Each affiliate will receive unique referral links. Commissions are tracked only when customers use valid affiliate links and complete eligible purchases.

4. Commission Eligibility

• Only successfully completed orders qualify.
• Cancelled or refunded orders are excluded.
• Fraudulent or self-generated purchases are not eligible.
• Commission rates may vary by category or campaign.

5. Payment Terms

Affiliate payments will be processed according to the payout schedule and minimum payout threshold published by ShreeShop. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

6. Promotional Rules

• No spam emails or unsolicited messages.
• No misleading advertisements.
• No fake discounts or false claims.
• No trademark infringement or impersonation of ShreeShop.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved ShreeShop logos, banners, and promotional materials only for authorised marketing activities. All intellectual property remains the property of ShreeShop.

8. Account Suspension

ShreeShop reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, policy violations, or misuse of the affiliate system.

9. Changes to the Program

We may modify commission rates, payment schedules, promotional materials, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
