By registering as a seller on ShreeShop, you agree to comply with these Seller Terms & Conditions, the Seller Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Seller Account

• Provide accurate business information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Keep your account information updated.
• Complete identity verification if requested.

3. Product Listings

• List only genuine and legally permitted products.
• Use accurate titles, descriptions, prices, and images.
• Maintain correct stock availability.
• Do not upload misleading or copyrighted content without permission.

4. Pricing & Payments

Sellers are responsible for setting product prices unless otherwise agreed. Marketplace commissions, transaction fees, taxes, and payment schedules will be applied according to the seller agreement.

5. Order Fulfilment

• Ship products within the promised processing time.
• Provide valid tracking details where applicable.
• Ensure secure packaging.
• Maintain a high fulfilment rate.

6. Returns & Customer Support

Sellers agree to cooperate with customers and ShreeShop regarding returns, refunds, replacements, and customer enquiries in accordance with marketplace policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers must own or have the necessary rights to use all product images, trademarks, logos, descriptions, and other content uploaded to the marketplace.

8. Suspension & Termination

ShreeShop may suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activities, counterfeit products, repeated customer complaints, or legal non-compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShreeShop acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for disputes arising directly between buyers and sellers beyond the scope of applicable marketplace policies.

10. Amendments

These Seller Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the marketplace after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
